Here are a range of different websites and resources that you can access for free to look after your Health and Wellbeing at home, and to keep yourself moving! Disney 10 Minute Shakeups

These 10 minute physical activities will really get you moving! Click the link below and select one of the four Disney Movies: Toy Story 4, The Incredibles 2, The Lion King or Frozen. Once you’ve selected, choose your ’10 Minute Shakeup’. Will you help Woody find Forky, shape-shift like Jack-Jack, test your strength with Timon and Pumbaa or help Olaf keep an eye on Anna’s Birthday Cake? Why not do all four? Just make sure you take a much needed rest in between!
